Cancellation Policy
Low Season:
If cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited unless vacancy filled then 10% 0f total tariff will be charged and balance of deposit refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival fee equal to 1 nights tariff will be charged or 10% of total tariff if vacancy filled.
High Season:
If cancelled 0-7 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited unless vacancy filled then 25% 0f total tariff will be charged and balance of deposit refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days before arrival, a fee equal 1 nights tariff or 25% of total tariff will be charged. The lesser fee applies if vacancy filled.
